Patients with Insurance Coverage

Michael Weiss D.D.S., P.C.For patients using United Concordia™, Cigna, Blue Shield™ of Pennsylvania, and Delta® Dental, we will be glad to help you obtain the appropriate benefit coverage from your insurance carrier and bill your carrier. However, you are responsible for any payment not covered by your insurance.

For patients who have dental insurance that the office does not participate with, the patient would pay the office directly for their dental services. The office will fill out the insurance forms and the patient is reimbursed directly from their insurance carrier.

Sometimes there is a deductible and/or a co-payment required from you as stated by your agreement with your insurance company. This deductible and/or co-payment is to be paid at the time the dental care is performed. We will be happy to request a pre-estimate of benefits from your insurance carrier if you request us to do so. Routine treatment is generally performed without submitting a request for pre-estimated benefits. We accept different Medicaid programs as well, so please contact our office to see if we can work with your plan.
